By accessing or using the LODHI-A website (lodhi-a.com) or any materials provided through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the site or its materials.
Description of Service
The LODHI-A website provides information about the Longitudinally Oriented Diagnostic Historical Interview — ADHD, a semi-structured clinical interview guide for adult ADHD assessment. The site also provides a mechanism for licensed clinicians to request access to the instrument and associated training materials.
Professional Use Only
The LODHI-A clinical instrument is intended for use by licensed mental health professionals trained in adult psychopathology and differential diagnosis: psychiatrists, primary care physicians, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), licensed professional counselors (LPCs), licensed mental health counselors (LMHCs), licensed professional clinical counselors (LPCCs), and other clinicians trained in diagnostic assessment, practicing within their scope. The instrument is not a self-administered questionnaire and is not intended for use by patients or the general public for self-diagnosis. It is not a coaching instrument and is not appropriate for use by unlicensed practitioners, life coaches, ADHD coaches, or peer counselors. By requesting access you attest that you are a licensed clinician, or a clinical trainee, and will use the instrument within your scope of practice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the LODHI-A instrument, its methodology, interview modules, scoring frameworks, collateral forms, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of Shafi Lodhi, MD, and Bay Area Neuropsychiatry. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
No Medical Advice
The information on this website is provided for professional educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Clinicians are responsible for exercising independent clinical judgment in all patient encounters. The LODHI-A is a diagnostic tool intended to support, not replace, clinical decision-making.

While developed through extensive clinical experience and grounded in established diagnostic principles, the instrument’s methodological elements are individually well-supported in the diagnostic literature, and independent psychometric validation studies are currently being planned. The developer and Bay Area Neuropsychiatry shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the instrument or reliance on information provided through this website.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated revision date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
