We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our Request Access and Training Application forms: your name, professional email address, professional role, country of practice, and optionally your NPI number (for U.S. clinicians). We use standard web analytics to understand site traffic, including anonymized page views, referral sources, and general geographic region. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our forms is used solely for the following purposes: delivering the LODHI-A instrument and materials you request, reviewing training program applications, and communicating updates about the instrument, including new features, resources, and research findings.
